You may use, print and download information from the website for these purposes only and no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not copy or distribute any material from our website.

We endeavour to provide you with a high-quality booking service; however, we accept no responsibility for interruption or delay whilst using our website. We may alter the website’s design and specification at any time.

Prices and validation

In-person Lessons

Individual booking £50.00

Block bookings:

4 sessions, £192.00 *valid for 2 months

8 sessions, £368.00 *4 months

12 sessions, £552.00 *6 months

All in-person prices include the studio fee of £6.00

Online Lessons

Individual booking £44.00

Block bookings:

4 sessions, £168.00 *valid for 2 months

8 sessions, £320.00 *4 months

12 sessions, £480.00 *6 months

*The session duration, online and in-person, is 50 minutes, which applies to individual and block bookings.

*The validation period for block bookings, online and in-person, begins with the first session.

Payment

The Wix.com platform handles transactions on our website. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, your order will not be accepted, and we accept no liability for any delay in purchasing services. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for refusing the service. By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you any fees due to our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. The system will only charge your credit card when the requested service has been purchased. If you experience difficulties with the online payment, please email singinglessonswithemma@gmail.com.

If necessary, upon the service user’s request and as agreed by us, payments for purchasing the products on our website can be made via bank transfer. Our bank account details will be provided to the service user via e-mail at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy applies to both in-person and online bookings. You may cancel your order by notifying us via email: singinglessonswithemma@gmail.com.

‘Singing Lessons with Emma’ has complete discretion to cancel sessions at any time (in case of cancellation, a full refund or an alternative slot will be offered).

In-person lessons:

Individual bookings

All booked lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the beginning of the session via the email address provided. The studio fee of £6 per session is non-refundable.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, and you will be charged the full amount.

Block bookings

All booked lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the beginning of the session via the email address provided. The first session is bookable via the website. Dates and times of subsequent sessions will be mutually agreed upon at or after the first lesson, subject to availability. Block booking packages are valid after the first session for a set period; see the information here. The studio fee of £6 per session is non-refundable.

Refunds

Wix Payments manages online transactions for our services. Refunds on lessons booked through the platform take up to ten working days to be processed. Refunds requested by service users are subject to up to 5% admin fees.

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law, and the Courts shall decide all disputes in England & Wales.
